I am a personal injury trial attorney with 28 years of experience in all aspects of litigation and trial.  I have handled auto, premises, products, municipal, construction/labor law, aviation and crash worthiness litigation.  I am a member of the bar in New York, Connecticut and Florida.  I am a personal injury lawyer because anyone regardless of financial means can retain me to represent them, and I can and have helped a lot of ordinary people, people whose lives I have made better after an injury took their previous life away.  I am client centered always, no matter what.  The best personal injury attorneys put aside their own interests, financial and personal, ego and anything else aside in practicing law.  I try to do that all the time, and I attempt always to prepare as much as I can, and never make a mistake.  That's a tall order, but one mistake can be fatal and your job is to win cases, not lose them.  I have been lucky to be an attorney, and I appreciate what I do, and the clients, lawyers and others I have come to know in this great profession.
