James U. Notice

James earned his J.D. Degree from Syracuse University College of Law. In 2003, Mr. Notice joined the firm of Rodriguez and Fuentes, PC, where he worked for several years. Mr. Notice believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.  He has extensive experience in Real Estate Law, having worked in the real estate field in the Washington D. C. area for two (2) years as a consultant for a real-estate services and development firm. He handles Real Estate Law, Landlord/Tenant Law including commercial leasing negotiations and residential leasing matters.

He also handles Contract Law, Probate and Administration Law and general litigation cases for the firm. He is a Certified Guardian and Court Evaluator and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Notice has represented numerous clients in State and City Courts. Notice Law PLLC has allowed Mr. Notice to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

Mr. Notice is a member in a number of professional organizations including the New York State Bar Association, Bronx County Bar Association, a member of the Bronx Black Bar Association, and a member of the New York City Bar. James treats every client with respect and integrity.
