Joseph Donohue does not fight for his clients. He did not take my case serious from the very beginning. It was very hard to get in contact with him. I had to call multiple times, multiple days. I had to leave voicemails and text and wait weeks for a reply. While in court he didn’t speak even while th...e other attorney on the line was doing his job very well. At some point I had to unmute my computer and speak for myself. I called him afterwards to express I feel he did not fight for me. First and only thing he said to me was “if you don’t like how I do things feel free to get a new attorney”. He made me feel small. Next time we spoke he told me “the father will eventually get what he wants”. So it showed me he had no hope from the beginning and didn’t intend on even trying. He jeopardized my case. He never apologized. He continued to call to explain himself while never letting me speak and yelling at me and over me. This is the most unprofessional attorney I’ve ever had to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend.
