This refers to taxation problems that are not in the estate, gift, GSTT field. I have done FBAR cases for Voluntary Disclosure as well as innocent spouse cases.

These percentages refer to Estate Administration cases (no practice area exists for this) as well as preparing Medicaid applications and drafting Wills.
