Jason Michael Lesnevec

Mr. Lesnevec grew up outside of Philadelphia before attending undergraduate and graduate school near Pittsburgh. He later earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law. Mr. Lesnevec began his legal career as a prosecutor in Newark, New Jersey, where he handled violent street crime cases and quickly developed a reputation for his courtroom advocacy and trial success. That experience ultimately inspired his transition into representing individuals seriously injured by negligence and unsafe conditions.

Mr. Lesnevec later joined one of New York's most prominent personal injury law firms, where he represented victims of catastrophic accidents throughout New York and New Jersey. As a lead trial attorney, he secured multiple seven-figure verdicts and an eight-figure verdict on behalf of injured clients. His litigation experience includes handling high-profile matters involving celebrity defendants, complex construction accidents, and serious motor vehicle, premises liability and sexual abuse cases. His verdicts have been recognized and published by the New York Law Journal, and he has earned recognition for his trial advocacy and results in high-stakes personal injury litigation.

Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Lesnevec is a devoted father and family man. He enjoys traveling, mountain biking, fitness, and spending time at the beach.
