All I have to say is he let the statue of limitations get passed due on my accident. Since he never sued that means I cant get money on my case. I have a good case that wasnt my fault. The other car was responsable. I had to have surgery. Mister Thomas didnt want to go to court because he kept saying... it costs money and he was talking to the insurance company and the other guy only had a little bit of insurance so it wasnt worth it. But he owes me to fight for me because he is my lawyer. Thats why I hired him. If it was easy I would of taken care of the case myself. But I dont know the law.
