Thomas M. Denaro

Thomas M. Denaro, Esq. graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts and received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Denaro served as a legislative aid to a New York City councilman.

After he was admitted to the bar, Mr. Denaro spent a year serving as law secretary for New York City Civil Court Judge Sidney Rosen in the Bronx. He was a partner at the law firm Puma & Denaro for 12 years before forming his own practice.

For over 34 years, Mr. Denaro has dedicated his legal career to helping individuals, couples, and small businesses who are struggling with financial difficulties. His extensive experience with bankruptcy law and his dedication to those he helps makes him invaluable to anyone hoping to get a fresh start by filing for bankruptcy.

Mr. Denaro is based out of Bronx and also services residents in counties from Montauk to Poughkeepsie. A member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA,) he is admitted to practice in all New York state courts, and in the Federal District courts in both the Southern and Eastern Districts. He is also admitted to practice in the courts in the state of New York and the United States Supreme Court.
