Can u sue a doctor for talking you out of a surgery. ..and then having to have the surgery at a later date....

Suing a physician for recommending a more conservative approach is not the recipe of a successful lawsuit. confirm with local counsel.

Try to cooperate as best you can with the police so they know he is a threat and they will warn him about consequences of future foolish actions....
