If homeowner was not negligent why should they be liable? There are labor law provisions in NY that apply to workers/work sites but not to single...

I hit a motorcyclist. there were two witness that told the cops it was my fault. looks like the guy was hurt pretty bad.

Be proactive and advise your insurance company of your financial situation asking them to advise the motorcyclist that you are in effect judgment...
