Phaleya Ann Burnside

She was incredibly unprofessional with her language and did not listen to what her clients had to say. She was very pushy about her own agenda and was degrading if you disagreed with her. Working with her felt as if she wanted the case to be closed as soon as possible regardless of what's in the best... interest of her client. She also failed to provide any help for the case and we would unfortunately have been better off without a lawyer than having to deal with working with Ms. Burnside. I would hope other clients never have to experience the disrespectful behavior and inadequacy that Ms. Burnside displayed with us.
