This people are thieves. You will never know their location. They don't get back to you when you call them. I think they got my check cashed it and now they lie that they are going to send me my money have not heard from them in months. I had a car accident 5 years ago they told me that they settle ...for $10000 last year, but have not heard from them again. Please don't use this lawyer's.

It's just over three years and I have not seen any suit filed on ecourts on my behalf. My case was clear cut car accident hit from behind. Yet scoty did a poor job following up on the case. I received loans and lots of talk about how we have nothing g to worry about yet it takes me 6 montsmhs to... finally get him on the phone or in person. I guess he picks the cases he wants to show attention to however I will make complaint to the bar and find a lawyer that will take Scott to court for his lack of duty in filing my case in a suit that could have been good for me to get back on my feet since the accident

I have had the same experience ,im so mad because i read these reviews and got confused .but the one where she said oh he doesnt reply and blocks you is sooooo true im upset my case is good. i wanted to refer someone till i realized how they were treating me.this person had a car accident were only h...e survived but Scott will never get that case .im in pain last thing i need is stress .i cant talk to anyone about it. guess ill go see a shrink .

He is the worst!! had to track him down, send e-mails, left messages, and no response. When he secretary picks up the automatically transfer you, not allowing you to speak. When I finally got a hold of him, he would attempt to intellectualize the conversation in an attempt to confuse me , trying t...o make me think he was actually doing something. He failed to follow through on negotiating on my behalf with the medical services. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER LAWYER.
