Biography
I am an attorney practicing in New York since 1989 and an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School . I am one of just a few of Staten Island and Brooklyn Collaborative divorce resolution practioners. My firm seeks to resolve divorce cases by advocating for one's client within a process that looks to resolution without costly or unnecessary litigation when possible. The firm has decades of experience in the creation of pre/ post nuptuals, separation agreements, and mediating settlements.
Likewise, divorce and/or planning for divorce often requires a diverse legal background. As such, this firm is well versed in real estate both purchasing and selling and estate planning, including wills, health care proxies, Powers of Attorney, trusts, small estates, probate and administration.
I have been awarded the honor to be named as an attorney to the New York Super Lawyers . finally an attorney who knows what they are doing
terrific experience. Ms. Schustal was professional, considerate, and extremely competent. she told it like it was and worked hard to resolve the case. I had 3 other attorneys in this matter, and non of them were able to resolve it. she did a great job and I highly recommend her

an attorney to not only hears but listens
excellent, responsible. always returns back phone calls. doesnt milk the case to drum up fees. tries to do what is best for client. very concerned about children during the divorce and even my spouse who had his own attorney wished he had hired mine
