Biography
What I have learned in 43 years of practicing bankruptcy law is that all people have their ups and downs. Many people forget their own personal worth and lifelong accomplishments when being barraged by life’s difficulties.
I have also learned that most people, at the core, are really the same: they want to go to work, pay their bills, and enjoy time with their family. When temporary financial difficulties upset this balance, stress levels increase, sometimes becoming unbearable.
It gives me great personal and professional pleasure to help my clients eliminate the causes of stress; restore their personal balance; and provide them with a sense of peace and hope for the future.
My depth of experience can also identify potential risks of filing bankruptcy that may not be recognized by clients, or other lawyers. If I identify such a risk, I will either advise you not to file for bankruptcy, or develop a strategy that eliminates or reduces that risk. When selecting a bankruptcy lawyer, this is the most important factor to consider.
I have practiced bankruptcy law for 43 years, and have been Board Certified in both Business and Consumer Bankruptcy since 1993. Here's a secret: Everyone is struggling with debt, but is embarrassed to let others know. Everything costs more. Raising a family is expensive. Nobody has a cushion for emergencies. High interest credit cards. Debt settlement or Debt consolidation that does not work. Learn your options for free.
The new SMALL BUSINESS CHAPTER 11 can be a lifesaver if you qualify. Total Debt under $2.5 million. Up to 5 years to pay. Court approval even if creditors object. Lower cost than traditional Chapter 11. Call for a consultation.
Do you have too much income to qualify for chapter 7? Have you fallen behind on your mortgage but the bank refuses to accept your payments? Are you tired of paying high interest and all those credit card fees? Do you need time to pay old taxes? Then Chapter 13 may be your solution.
