Biography
Frank A. DiScipio joined the firm in June of 2007 as a law clerk and began working as an associate attorney in 2009. He focuses primarily on the defense of medical, dental and podiatric malpractice cases as well as general liability in New York State. Moreover, Mr. DiScipio actively participates in numerous medical malpractice trials by providing valuable litigation support to senior counsel.
Mr. DiScipio was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2010 and is a member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. Mr. DiScipio graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Economics from Fordham University in 2006 and received a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2009. Additionally, Mr. DiScipio has been selected for inclusion in the New York Times “Super Lawyers Section” as a Rising Star in the metropolitan area for 2013, 2014 and 2015.
