I hired Ms Beata back in 2015 as my immigration lawyer. I walked into her office only with a work authorization in my hand and my case was constantly changing and was very complicated. She worked on my case so diligently and in a very timely manner. Due to my personal life financial crisis they were ...times that I could not make my payments on time and yet she treated me the same way and have helped me in ways that no other lawyer I have ever seen. After hiring her I have obtained my two-year green card then the extension valid for another five years And then finally my citizenship. She is very responsive no matter how busy it gets and also her knowledge of immigration laws n processes were impressive. Her knowledge, time management with timely concerns, professionalism and empathy all put together helped me tremendously I achieved my American dream. She never sugar coated anything neither did she give up on my case even when I had lost faith in my case. No matter how busy it got she was very responsive. She is overall an extremely wise and methodical attorney who’d most likely guarantee a win. I’m very thankful for her services provided to me. I’d highly recommend her for any legal matter. We came to this firm after researching on the internet and looking for an attorney who specifically handles bankruptcy and then a remedy and follow-up. I was asked in a clear concise way to gather specific documents that would be needed for our case. Then Mr. Hollender took it from there. He and h...is staff within 6 months helped our family to find our way to a Chapter 7 discharge and most important a follow-up with ideas to recover from it. Were there ups and downs in the process; of course, but his steady hand helped guide the ship. He then assigned an attorney named Bea Gadek. The Boss. Mr. Hollender came as an observer and if his capable services were needed he would make himself available. Ms. Gadek represented me in Court to help with obtaining a Loan Modification. I did not know until this week that I would be granted a final Modification, but I knew if we hung in there and had proper representation we would have our best chance. I know in many cases the ending is not as happy as mine turned out. I was doubting the process with the Bank but Ms. Gadek listened and advised us to hang in there. In the end as with any business we need to pay what is deserved. This firm worked with us under our circumstances and were fair and totally honest to the end.
