Anthony S. Danna

Had Mr. Danna set up a trust for my family, had paperwork issues that he insisted were not a problem. When trying to use the paperwork to perform the jobs needed for the trust kept having problems. Addressed this with Mr. Danna who kept insisting everything was in order. Ended up going to another law...yer who resolved these paperwork problems. Now all is running smoothly!! My problem is Mr. Danna was/is very arrogant, this was a simple problem in the end and he just refused to fix his mistake. I paid him for accurate documents and they were not, when I asked him to look into it he wanted to charge me. Now again I already paid him for what I thought were accurate and complete documents. Bottom line, not helpful, arrogant and unwilling to fix a mistake he made that I had to hire another Lawyer to correct. My experience was not a good one.

I found Mr. Danna to be a very capable, knowledgeable and attentive attorney, he's proven to be caring and sensitive to my family's needs. He's also displayed a great deal of patience, and provided us with clarification on the legal process thru out our engagement. I highly recommend consulting w...ith him on legal matters especially when dealing with Estate, or Elderly care litigation.
