Cheryl A Mitchell

CHERYL A. MITCHELL  has over 15 years of experiencing practicing law at two large international law firms and as a Securities Regulator on Wall Street. After graduating from Columbia University School of Law, Ms. Mitchell joined the highly respected elite international law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she honed her skills and developed her client practice for over four years. While at Willkie, Ms. Mitchell represented a variety of clients, including large multi-national corporations and business professionals, while working as an associate in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Mitchell later joined the internationally recognized and highly ranked law firm of Reed Smith LLP, where she serviced an impressive list of individuals and corporations in her capacity as a law firm partner for over ten years. After spending two years on Wall Street, Ms. Mitchell founded The Mitchell Legal Group PLLC. Ms. Mitchell is the managing member of the firm and proudly counsels her clients with focus, diligence and compassion.

Ms. Mitchell has extensive experience in the practice of law and the servicing of client needs. She currently focuses her practice mainly in the areas of employment law, securities regulation and commercial litigation. For over 15 years, Ms. Mitchell has championed the rights of individuals and large corporations in a wide variety of industries. Ms. Mitchell enjoys the practice of law immensely and draws upon her vast and varied legal expertise to achieve the best results for her clients. Ms. Mitchell believes that her passion for the law, along with her extensive legal knowledge and negotiation skills, create a unique pathway for success.

Ms. Mitchell also serves as an arbitrator in the Civil Court of the City of New York.
