Moral Turpitude used to be the measure, but now its simply an aggravated felony. Rape 1 would certainly qualify. Consult an Immigartion attorney....

The Court wuill probably appoint an attorney for you. If not, than your parents will have to hire one if they can afford one.

The amount of time, if any, depends on the Judge, the prosecutor, and yiour attorney. Hiring a good criminal defense attorney is money well spent.

HIre an attorney. Your daughter may have been a victin of several crimes. Even criminals are entitled to the protection of the law.

Just make sure his lawyer knows where he is. He will not suffer for the Governments refusal to produce him for Court.

Is it true that the grand jury has 45 to indict and if they don't you have to be released.

That is basically correct, but a parolehold is not effected by the 45 day rule.
