If somebody bail it 75 thousand can they still hire a bail bondsman?

Of course. The bail bondsman gets a percentage. If cash bail can be posted, it's cheaper.

Apparently he is being held without bail on the robbery charge. If he was arraigned, his attorney would know when he is to appear again.
