I do not understand your question. You can obtain a certificate of disposition from the clerk of the Court.

That should not happen. Its rare when two crimes run consecutively when they are related to the same incedent.

Sounds like they will have a tough time proving that you sold the drugs, even though you have admitted it on AVVO. The car is a a sepearte issue...

Each state makes its own decisions, but if you could pass in NYC, I think you can pass anywhere.
