Just make sure you appear at court. When you get there a lawyer will be appointed.
I have a bench warrant for an open container and was summoned to serve jury duty, will I get arrested when I show up?

I doubt it, but it would be a unique way to avaoid jury service. Take care of the warrant when your down by the courthouse.

I do not believe it is law yet. If it becomes law it will allow prisoners with definite sentences to enter work release programs.
