Most parolees do not get terminated after one year. If you feel wronged, file an Article 78. It is not an appeal, but sevesxtye same purpose.

If the warrant is for non-appearance, it can be vacated. Speak to your attorney or hire one.

It is very possible that you are mis-reading the order of protection. It likely bars all contact, not just personal contact.

They will see the arrest and the dismissal. I do not think it will be a problem, but ask an immigration attorney.
