he may get into a drug program at prison, but not into SHOCK due to his 7 year sentence. His attorney on the new case should explain his problem...

Yes you can bail him out, and don't be so sure that his trial date is when you think. Trials are often postponed.

I believe you can be discharged early from post release supervision. Behave and speak to your PO.

Do not pay anyone who claims there is a lawsuit. Plead not guilty at criminal court and wait for an ACD, dismissal after 6 months.

Simply remember the words"not guilty". As long. You do not rush into a guilty plea, you will be okay. A lawyer will be appointed to represent you...
