If they had no valid reason to search your car, the results of the search should be suppressed. Hire an attorney.

If the lie was relevant to your case, the case is seriously compromised. If the lie was material, the agent could be prosecuted for perjury.

It is not illegal to have sex with a girl of 17. Your story seems impossible. There was no reason to plead guilty when no crime was committed.

File a motion to vacate your plea. The advice you got seems mistaken. Acquittals cannot be used against you for any purpose!!!!!!
