Vheck with the licensing authorities before you accept a plea. It sounds like a violent assault and may cause you problems if you admit to it.

It is not a criminal case. I think the respondent is intentionally trying to undermine me and removing myself is best.

I doubt the attorney is employed by the Legal Aid Service. She might do free legal work as an independent contractor.
