My husband is on parole and got a traffic ticket for eating a red light, can parole violate him for that?
If only a traffic ticket, they will likely not violate him, assuming he has a drivers license and did not violate curfew, etc.

Any lawyer can try to convince the DA to offer an ACD.
You need a lawyer. He needs to petition the parole board to change your restrictions.
I find it hard to believe that the Governor granted you clemency............
You cannot unilaterally change your sentence. If you want to stop doing weekends, get the judge to re-sentence you.
If the postponements were sought by the prosecution and not consented to by your attorney, a motion to dismiss would seem likely to succeed.
An unlicensed sale over state lines might well result in a Federal charge.............
In most cases, an ACD................
In NYC the case would probably be adjourned in contemplation of a dismissal. In Amherst, I do not know.
FOIL Requests can be served at 1 Police Plaza. A subpoena must be used to obtain SPRINT reports.
