if he got a straight 2 year prison term, he is eligible for parole after 6/7ths of that time, approximately 20 months.

He must serve a minimum of 6/7th of his sentence. That works out to about 15 months. The problem is whether he will get to see the parole board...

I am sure that the Court has a hard copy, and if it was not modified, you can be arrested for contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor.

You will have the opportunity to object if the court seeks to change your sentence, and you are entitled to counsel if you cannot afford your own.
