I do not see a worthwhile claim here. I do not think that your first conviction was YO eligible, nor do I think that any jury would award you...
Although I have never heard of a violation of probation being initiated by anyone other than the probation department, anyone could bring the facts...
The warrant itself will outline their powers as to when to enter and how to enter, and whether any surveillance can be initiated.
He must serve a minimum of 6/7th of his sentence. That works out to about 15 months. The problem is whether he will get to see the parole board...
I am sure that the Court has a hard copy, and if it was not modified, you can be arrested for contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor.
You will have the opportunity to object if the court seeks to change your sentence, and you are entitled to counsel if you cannot afford your own.
