Potential misconduct and fraud while in small claims court
Charged me $1500.00 for a medical malpractice case. Refused to refund my $1500.00 after I withdrew the case in June of 2015. Refused to provide assistance with a personal injury matter that went into collection by the US Treasury and Medicare.
