John Nicholas Iannuzzi

A friend referred me to this guy. He helped my friend but when it came to my case, I was very dissatisfied. He talked a big talk when I first met him. I asked his strategy and he said "50 years of experience is my strategy". Been kicking myself ever since for paying $3500 up front and trusting hi...m b/c of the good result he got for my friend. The public defender that got me out of central said "they'll probably knock this down and let you off w/a lesser charge but you'll still have some sort of DUI record". He told me he would get me off. When I inquired about my case his office made it sound like he was waiting for a call back from the prosecutor and that they were working on some sort of deal. Never heard back. When I called/emailed to follow up, I was told I was micromanaging and basically that the state had bigger fish to fry than my little DUI case. In the end...I just had to wait the 6 mos. and he met me and told me basically right when we were going to the judge that we had to take the lesser charge (and still have a DUI record/increased insurance/etc.) or we could go to trial and "probably end up in the same position" (taking a lesser charge and still having it on my record). I have a business to run and needed to drive asap so I had to just take it and have a record. He couldn't do any better than the public defender. I saw no evidence of him working hard to get a favorable outcome. I basically paid him a pretty hefty sum to show up and tell me the same thing the Public Defender told me 6 mos. prior. Stick w/the Public Defender or get someone else.

John Nicholas Iannuzzi is an excellent attorney. This man knows exactly what he is doing in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Iannuzzi initially came off to me as aggressive and thankfully very rightfully so. He has many years of experience in the industry and it shows - he knew how the case was going ...to play out and im very fortunate to have had him guide the lawsuit out of the rut that I created.
