Dallin Michael Fuchs

As one of our senior partners and lead trial attorneys, Dallin M. Fuchs focuses his practice exclusively on significant personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, construction accidents, premises liability and general negligence. He brings 25 years of experience in the preparation and trial of cases in both New York and New Jersey. He has secured over a hundred million dollars in jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.

Dallin’s accomplishments reflect his deliberate approach to his cases. He is of the firm belief that meticulous preparation is the key to successfully litigating a case. No detail is too small and nothing will be overlooked. Among Dallin’s greatest strengths in this regard is his skill at questioning witnesses at depositions. Dallin has said “An attorney cannot just ask questions from a script. An attorney must listen to the answers and be prepared to follow up.” It is this attention to detail which has allowed Dallin to confront witnesses with incorrect statements or outright fabrications that many other attorneys would have missed. This had led to cases being resolved quickly and favorably for many of his clients.

Dallin combines his impressive legal skills with a deep sense of concern for his clients which is apparent to all parties involved. His clients come to fully trust him and his advice because he takes the time to explain to each client the legal process and the reasoning behind every decision. Dallin is also pleased to share his knowledge and skills with other members of the Bar of the State of New York. As mentioned previously, Dallin’s deposition skills are among the finest in the State and he welcomes the opportunity to teach other attorneys and improve the overall skill-level of the profession in that regard. He is frequently asked to share his knowledge and experience, and has served as a lecturer for the American Bar Association.
