I serve as counsel to victims of 9/11 toxins exposure to obtain compensation from the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and free healthcare from the World Trade Center Health Program. Both were established by the James L. Zadroga 9/11 Health & Compensation Act of 2011, and personal injury victims. Eligible Zadroga claimants include those who were in Lower Manhattan between 9/11/01 and 7/31/02, or worked along debris removal routes such as piers and barges, or at the Fresh Kills Landfill, or at garages where maintenance vehicles were cleaned.
