Dennis Patrick Williams

I am member of the firm’s Healthcare Law and Medical Malpractice groups. In the Healthcare law group, I represent hospitals, physicians, physician group practices, insurance companies, healthcare-related businesses, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, ambulatory facilities and other healthcare providers and entities. These engagements have included mergers and acquisitions of health care entities, compliance, contractual, corporate, regulatory, licensing, employment-related, real estate, and risk management legal issues in healthcare. I have also assisted in the development and implementation of HIPAA policies and compliance programs for various sized clients.

In the Medical Malpractice group, I work as a defense attorney in the representation of distinguished hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, psychologists, social workers and other allied medical professionals in civil litigation matters in the state and federal courts.
