In this serious injury accident, the Insurance company refused to pay anything reasonable on a claim citing lack of serious damage to the vehicl ... e, after working on this case, and threatening bad faith, the case was successfully settled out of court with the client receiving a reasonable out of court settlement that he was very happy with.
