I have never had to have a lawyer before, so I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect. The environment was very welcoming, which lessened my anxiety. Mr. Cantin was very engaging as well as attentive. They actively listened to me, were truly concerned about what had occurred with ...my accident and that made me feel very comfortable. I felt respected and that what I said really mattered to them. I felt that they would whole heartedly represent me and let my truth be heard. Everything was broken down to me so that I was able to leave feeling satisfied with my first initial meeting.
