I had a great experience with Altagracia and Outerbridge in general over the course of my multi-year case with my landlord. At all points she was professional, patient and proactive. Altagracia was always interested in understanding exactly what I wanted out of the case or any settlements and mak...ing sure I knew the various pros/cons of any option I might pursue. She routinely made time to answer any questions I had about proceedings, terminology or how the system worked (both technically and practically). The stipulations/agreements that Altagracia and her team drafted were airtight and held up against all of the landlord attorneys' later attempts to poke holes in them. This ensured that I was able to focus on my landlord's failures exactly as intended. In the end I was able to settle my case in a satisfactory manner. I would happily recommend Outerbridge Law to anyone who needs a good landlord/tenant attorney.
