Nathaniel L. Fintz

Nathaniel is passionate about intellectual property law, branding, marketing, and design. After earning his J.D. from Harvard Law School, he spent four years as an IP Associate in the New York headquarters of an "AmLaw 100" ​law firm, where he developed a practice encompassing trademarks, trade dress, false advertising, copyrights, rights of privacy and publicity, and Internet law. He has dealt with more trademarks than he could ever count—in connection with trademark strategy, clearance, prosecution, enforcement, dispute resolution, litigation, billion-dollar transactions, and lots of other things in between. He has counseled clients large and tiny in a diverse array of industries including accounting, apparel, banking, beverage, entertainment, fashion, finance, food, footwear, hotel, museum, music, nonprofit, pet care, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding, simulator, software, startup, television, travel, and beyond. Nathaniel is a third-generation New York lawyer.
