OUR EXPERIENCE

The firm’s principal attorney, André G. Castaybert, has more than 25 years of experience as a commercial trial court litigator and appellate lawyer, 20 of which were at the international law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP.  Mr. Castaybert has extensive experience counseling clients and has negotiated a variety of corporate and commercial transactions and litigated the terms of many, many more.  The firm also maintains strong relationships with, and has ready access to, a network of highly skilled legal counsel in virtually every domain of commercial and corporate law and in multiple jurisdictions in the U.S. and abroad.

OUR BILLING PHILOSOPHY

CASTAYBERT PLLC prides itself on lean, efficient representation.  The firm represents clients with matters both large and small, who seek high quality, value oriented legal work with hands-on attention from experienced lawyers.  The firm is flexible in structuring billing arrangements.  In addition to hourly billing, we will explore alternative fee arrangements, when appropriate, to ensure that the firm’s and the client’s interests are properly aligned.
