Your father would have to petition the court for a change in the custody/visitation order. It isn't likely that he would get this process completed...

As long as you are a resident of Hawaii (as in, you meet the state's residency requirements), you can file in Hawaii and have your wife served in...

You will have to file in whichever county you are a resident of, but your attorney doesn't necessarily have to have an office in that county....

Two siblings of opposite genders sharing a bedroom is not problematic, and not against the law. It may be awkward as they get older, though.
