I hired Jason to prepare for documents for the green card application. I've never met him in person. He is in NJ, I live in PA. He is very hard to reach on the phone. At the very beginning of my case, he said that he will stop by my house to get documents but he never did that evening. Only when I me...ssaged him about his ETA, he said he couldn't find the babysitter and he won't make it to our meeting. It was very unprofessional. I messaged him questions about my case several times. He answered my messages very late, sometimes even after several days. I always ended up with finding the solutions by myself online. After a couple bad incidence happened between me and him, I decided to prep the green card interview myself instead of hiring him. During the interview, the USCIS officer told me that some information are missing on the forms. He asked me if I filled out the forms myself or the lawyer. I explained the USCIS officer the whole situation about me and Jason. The interviewer was very nice and he helped me fill the rest of the missing info during our interview. My case was approved on the spot and my husband and I passed the interview with flying color without any help from the lawyer. Overall, I have a really bad experience working with Jason. I will not recommend him to anyone else.

I’m a US citizen and was seeking the assistance of a lawyer to initially educate me about the process of sponsoring my husband, who’s a Swiss citizen, to become a legal resident in the US. First I was referred to Mr. Dennis by a complete stranger (British) that I came across randomly. He spoke highly... of the lawyer’s skills and how he helped him in becoming a legal resident. Accordingly, my husband and I contacted Mr. Dennis and after the initial consultation we felt that he answered all of our questions and that he has the experience that matched our needs so we hired him.The immigration process is tedious and requires paying attention to so many details and filling so many documents, which if mishandled could lead to undesirable results. Mr. Dennis walked us through every form we had to fill step by step. He made us aware of the purpose of each form and accordingly how to fill it. He made sure that we prepare and provide all supporting documents up to standards from early on. An associate from his office cross checked all documents then sent it to us for final approval. Additionally, we uploaded everything in an online platform which helped us keep all documents on track and in order. Mr. Dennis is an excellent communicator, he always made sure to keep me and my husband on the loop so he would send us text messages , call and send clear and comprehensive emails that either included updates, request for more information, or general guidance to next steps. With each update, he always made sure to convene with us online via FaceTime to discuss current status and way forward. On a personal note: During the process COVID-19 happened, and a bit of anxiety rose from our end fearing the delay of the process and how it may impact our family especially after I became a mother. Mr. Dennis, ALWAYS, responded to all my concerns warmly. Though from his end he didn’t have control over everything, just knowing that you are in the presence of someone that understands your concerns, respects your emotional and mental turmoil, and mostly a person that you know will genuinely take care of your case and provides you with sense of security is everything a client needs. On the day of the interview, my husband and I finally met in person with our lawyer, only to realize that we were meeting with a family friend. All in all it was a positive and great experience. I’m happy to say that Mr Dennis helped my husband greatly who is NOW officially a green card holder.

Jason came to our home and we showed him what we had done so far with the immigration process, he filed an appeal on our behalf, sent it off in a short space after our consultation. Jason gave us an exact copy of what he'd sent off to immigration and from then on it was a waiting game, but jason was ...in contact with us throughout the wait. Jason is a very polite, articulate and great at what he does, for anyone reading this we highly recommend Jason and we're grateful for everything he has done for us.

I worked with Jason for an immigration case for my fiance and he was upfront and honest with everything that could work and that couldn't work.
