Henry R. Kaufman

Henry represented me nearly three years in one of the most profound nightmares of my life. Not only did I require someone skilled at: drafting, negotiating, understanding nuances and particularities, meeting deadlines, arguing law, filing appeals and all of the other minutiae of litigating; but I nee...ded someone with a clear understanding of a system where wealth, power, politically connected plaintiffs and unusual legal principals guided. He asked the publisher if the author/agent payments could be split at the source, the publisher agreed, and so did the hated agent. My only regret is that I did not meet Henry Kaufman earlier, he would have saved me so much pain and suffering.
