Client's adjustment of status denied on suspicion of marriage fraud. A subsequent spousal petition was denied because Section 204 (c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act precluded any other petition ... from being approved no matter what. Client had been dealing with USCIS for over six years prior to retaining us. We successfully argued against the operation of 204(c) in this case and also submitted further evidence of a bona fide marriage.
