Passionately defending the rights of special needs children and parents relating to IDEA and Special Education in Florida and New York as a litigation attorney for the Brain Injury Rights Group. We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization focused on ensuring that Exceptional Students receive the Free Appropriate Public Educations they deserve and which are required by law. I will represent you through Due Process Complaints, Impartial Hearings and any necessary appeals. Please note that there is NO COST to families for services.
