Peter Alan Hardy

We found Peter through a recommendation from a broker that worked with his partner. We hired him for a real estate purchase that we were handling privately. He did not provide us with the information that he had reviewed for his due diligence and tried to force us into signing without review. When we... demanded to see everything he had failed to acquire financials, maintenance fee history, meeting minutes etc etc etc. This took a number of weeks to get at which point he had failed to keep contact with the seller's attorney. We went to his office to sign now confident that we had reviewed things thoroughly and paid our fee upon signing. He closed the deal with a fist pump (should have been a sign). We then heard 5 days later that the seller had retracted their offer. Dumbfounded we asked what could be done to recoup our costs and at least his fee and he said nothing. We now know he didn't even bother to try and get this from the seller as we called and asked for it and received it with no problem. He was borderline negligent in this transaction and I would not recommend him. We are now in the midst of a second transaction and the difference between this attorney and him is night and day.
