Roger M. Kunkis

My Kunkis represented my wife and I for well over two years and we only met him once. He is a great attorney but very much stuck in his own ways and will not be polite about putting you in your place if you get feeling a bit too cocky. All in all, he won a major malpractice lawsuit for us and changed... our lives forever. We are finally where we should be at our age and believe it or not we have never been happier. He scared us a little during the deposition phase of our case but have come to understand that everything roger does is calculated and he has a reason for everything he says and everything he does. I was getting offended thinking he was beating up on my wife a bit a few times but realized that he had to do this it Deb most definitely would have forgotten key facts that she needed to be ready with and would have lost her confidence in speaking up when you are telling the truth.
