Prashant was proactive in settling my lemon law case regarding my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Firstly, he wrote an absolutely shoddy petition that me and my family had to correct on 3 occasions for school like grammatical errors and false inputs. Secondly - Mr. Bhatia did not serve the notice to my wife from whom I was seeking annulment. Both the counsels of my wife alleged that the annul...ment NOTICE was NOT served to the defendent. I have proof of this is in email. This was the very reason why Mr. Bhatia chose to avoid sending us the communication from the adversarial counsel for 1.5 months That apart, Mr. Bhatia chose to pursue an " off the court settlement" with the adversarial counsel TOTALLY against our will and directive and he billed us time spent on such negotiations with the adversarial counsel when we clearly stated that we wanted the court to sanction a relief. My case was kept in a limbo state all the while because Mr. Bhatia did not serve the notice to my wife and I had to change counsel midway to push matters. The new changed counsel completed and resolved the case in a few weeks ! This apart - even after giving him a retainer - he asked us to send checks randomly for filing, 50 dollars etc for postal !! Would you believe it.
