Biography
Mr. Wells joined the firm in 2011 as a trial attorney. Mr. Wells received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and then graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1995. He was admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut in 1995 and he is also admitted in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Prior to joining Pena & Kahn, he was an associate at one of New York's largest personal injury law firms. Mr. Wells has focused his practice primarily on representing construction accident victims, as well as those seriously injured in motor vehicle collisions and other general negligence claims. His expertise and skill in handling these claims has resulted in numerous million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Wells is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York, Bronx and Kings County Bar Associations.
