SSN will always be the same.
No need for a new green card and use the A # on the Card.

A reentry permit is required if you will be outside the USA for an extended period of time. If you will be outside the USA for at least one year...

There is nothing which would prevent you from applying again. The question is should you perhaps go to a different port of entry? I would advise so.

If your interview is anytime after 2 years of marriage, you will receive the permanent green card.
