Yulia has been dealing with my case for the last couple of years regarding childcare and finances following a messy separation. She has been absolutely fantastic however due to her not being based in Leeds, when it came to the court case, she delegated this to her colleague who was local. I was a lit...tle worried and apprehensive about this as Yulia has been dealing with me all along. Very empathetic and understanding of my situation whilst also being upfront and honest, to set my expectations and get the best outcome for me. She has been quick to respond, made me feel at ease in what felt like a horrendous situation and was extremely professional while keeping it as friendly and light hearted as he could.
