Non-asian clients would not be going to this lawyer that's why he takes advantages of gullible clients including my cousin who does not speak fluent English. This lawyer deals with majority of Chinese communities who do not know their rights. There is no communication of what we should do. We have... to fill out all the forms ourselves, then he typed the info into the actual form to be submitted. When we checked the form before signing, there was so many mistakes and had to be corrected 3 times. This lawyer does not follow through the results and try to avoid speaking with us over the phone after he got all the money. One time, we called him and the receptionist said he was not in, and we walked into the office, he was there!?! This lawyer does not take responsibility of what he did. There was a clear mistake of what he typed on the form and was submitted. We showed him on what documentation we provided him and what he filled out on the form, he said there is nothing I can do now. Why would I hire him if I have to do everything myself??? There is so much privacy violation going on in this office. During our consultation, he showed us all his clients' names trying to brag on how many clients he had. This is not right. All his client's folders are out in the open. We can see all the names on the folder tabs in the box - nothing covering it nor trying to protect his clients' privacy. I would avoid this lawyer at all cost.
