I was originally a.client of Michaels father who passed away shortly into my case. I retained Michael shortly after his passing because his father Leon has sent him on ocassion to my court hearing etc. He is an Atty originally out of California near the bay area. My case was drawn out for years and M...ichael moved to NY or NJ. In the process. So he began to push me to make settlement .All while he tells me he has moved but still has an office out of La and is representing DUI and all types of.other clients except wormans comp and in NJ/NY. He promised to represent me on future medical after settlement and now.he barely responds to my requests and threatens to.have a judge relieve him of representing me. Of course because we settled and there's no longer any money involved only work and from.another state then where my case is. During settlement talks belittled my husband which i have recorded. Make sure before hiring him you really consider other options as to he will seem as if he is the one for you until hired. As his client I would never recommend him to anyone. He went through several assistants and moved several times. Very inconsistent and does not keep his word.. In my opinion as his client he is not concerned about the patient but how fast he can get paid.
